I build websites for
small businesses.

Written by hand rather than assembled in a page builder, so they load fast and do what you need them to. $700 to build, $50 a month to host and look after it, and the site is yours either way. Usually live in about two weeks.

Call or text and I'll give you a price. Takes about fifteen minutes.

1.2s

Typical load time. Fast pages rank better, and people don't wait around for slow ones.

~2 wks

From the first call to the site being live, for a standard build.

Yours

The domain and the files are in your name. Cancel the monthly and you keep the site.

You deal with me directly, and I'm the one building it.

Work

A few sample builds

These are concepts, not client sites — they show the kind of thing I build and how it's laid out.

Concept

Coffee shop

Menu, hours, and a map at the top of the page. Those are the three things people open a cafe's site for.

Concept

Home services

A large tap-to-call button, the service area, and reviews. Built for someone reading it one-handed in a hurry.

Salon & studio

Photo-led layout, with booking wired into whichever calendar the business already uses.

Included

What comes with every build

Standard on every site, not priced separately.

Designed for phones

Most visitors arrive on a phone, so the layout is built for that screen first and scaled up from there.

Set up for search

Page titles, descriptions, a sitemap, and local business markup, so you turn up in local results and on Maps.

Fast pages

Hand-written HTML and CSS instead of a page builder. Around a second to load, even on a weak signal.

Contact that works

Tap-to-call, current hours, and a contact form that lands in your inbox rather than a dashboard you never check.

Hosting and HTTPS

Domain, certificate, and hosting set up and kept running for you — that's what the monthly covers.

Copy written for you

I'll write the text from a conversation with you, so you're not sitting down to write your own website.

Pricing

One price to build it, one to keep it running

Both numbers in writing after the first call. They don't move unless you ask for something that wasn't in it.

How it works

Three steps

  1. 01

    A short call

You tell me about the business and what you want people to do when they land on the site. I send a fixed price the same day.

  2. 02

    I build it

You see a working version in a few days rather than a mockup. Two rounds of changes are included — tell me what to fix.

  3. 03

    It goes live

I point the domain, connect Google, and show you around it. After that it's yours, and I'm a text away if you need something.

FAQ

Common questions

I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?

Often, and sometimes that's the cheaper answer. Send me the link and I'll tell you whether it's worth rebuilding or just needs work.

Do I own the site?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the files are yours. If you ever move to someone else, you can, and I'll help hand it over.

Do I have to pay the $50 a month?

No. It covers hosting, edits, and keeping things updated, and most people want that handled. If you'd rather manage it yourself, I'll hand over the files and point you at hosting — the site is still yours.

What do you need from me?

A fifteen-minute conversation, your logo if you have one, and any photos you want used. If you don't have photos, I'll sort that out. I write the text.

What if I need a change later?

Text me. Changes to hours, prices, photos, or wording are covered by the $50 a month — there's no per-change fee and no ticket system.

How do I pay?

$350 up front and $350 when the site goes live. The $50 a month starts at launch. Card, bank transfer, or check.

Will I show up on Google?

The site is built correctly for search and I'll set up your Google Business profile, which is what gets local businesses found. Anyone promising you the top spot for a competitive term is guessing.
